Doodles Galore

Soooo I knooow today is suupposed to be “Zombie Friday”, buut with everything goin’ on you’ll notice i’ve kinda fallen off pattern and off the blogger grid only to resurface every so often. hoooopefully i will be able to make amends shortly .

Preparing for my move to the big city, i’ve been sorting through all my stacks of drawings and paper, seeing what to throw away, what to keep…and discovered this ol’ drawing..i thought i had thrown it away but NOPE!

Funny story behind this, the drawing is of a good friend of mine whose ankle was sprained playing tennis aand her boyfriend was really sick at the time so me and her cousin took her to the hospital to get her ankle checked out.

While we were there, I decided to draw how she “really” hurt her ankle.

For being at a hospital for a few hours, it turned out to be a good time.

Ah..memories.

Recently an art friend of mine passed away in a car crash. May she be in good hands now and happy. I found a few images on her facebook of her art and hope that her family doesn’t mind me posting them along with her pic here. God Bless.

So last october, i created a series of zombie drawings called “Zombeez Galore”, which included caricatures of animals, celebrities and of friends near and far…it got reaally good reception and has been one of my more celebrated projects, so i’ve been wanting to go back to it..just with time constraints and such..haven’t been sure hooow..

So Eureka! I present to you..the new blogsite that I’ll be simultaneously along with this sucker…
